Final Sale Policy
All orders placed with GIOH are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind; however, we are more than happy to assist with an exchange or provide a credit note to the value of your item.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will do our best to offer a suitable solution.
Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You may return your item within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange or credit note.
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Notification: Please email us at info@gioh.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Processing Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Completing Your Return
To complete your return, please include your order number or proof of purchase inside the return package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please send us an email at info@gioh.com.au to arrange the exchange.
Sale Items
Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We only offer refunds for faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days from the receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that we are unable to refund any original shipping costs.
Faulty Product Claims
All of our products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. If you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@gioh.com.au. We will guide you through the process of returning the faulty item for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
